Applicant should support the vision, mission and values of YPMSP.
Applicant should believe in democratic values, social justice and public welfare.
Applicant should provide correct personal and contact information during registration.
Applicant should be willing to participate in party activities, meetings and public welfare programs.
Membership approval is subject to verification and review by the party committee.

Members must maintain respectful behavior with citizens, volunteers, leaders and other members.
Members must not use abusive language, hate speech or violence in any activity.
Members should promote peace, unity, equality and social harmony.
Members should avoid spreading false information, rumors or misleading content.
Members must represent YPMSP with dignity and responsibility in public and online platforms.

Participate in membership drives, meetings, youth programs and awareness campaigns.
Support public welfare activities, charity programs and community initiatives.
Inform local leadership about public issues, complaints and suggestions from citizens.
Help build a positive image of the party through discipline and service.
Follow instructions issued by authorized party leadership and committees.

Using party name, logo or identity for personal benefit without authorization is prohibited.
Collecting money, donations or fees in the name of YPMSP without permission is not allowed.
Any activity that harms social harmony, public peace or party reputation is prohibited.
Misuse of membership ID, office authority or organizational position is prohibited.
Posting fake news, hateful content or unauthorized statements on behalf of YPMSP is prohibited.

Membership may be suspended if a member violates party rules or discipline.
Serious misconduct may result in termination of membership.
The party committee may seek explanation before taking action where required.
Repeated violation of rules may lead to removal from all responsibilities.
Final decision will be taken by authorized YPMSP leadership or disciplinary committee.
